Candle luminaries are hand made in California to each customers specification at time of order. This Blog discusses the benefits, and compostion of our hollow wax candle luminaries.

Hollow wax Benefits:

Hollow candles are used as a candle luminary. Vessel Decor hollow candles have no wick and no fragrance. To use you insert a votive or fuel cell in the middle of the hollow candle. Once it burns down, place a new votive candle on the base for continued use. Longevity: With care, this product should last for many years.

Wax Vase: Hollow wax can also be used as a wax vase for floral arrangements. When adding water to your floral arrangement, please remember to insert a floral liner. Floral liners help protect the wax, and prevents the water from leaking through the wax.

Safety features: Unlike pillar candles with an open flame, in a hollow wax product the flame is illuminated from within the wax. Additional safety comes with using fuel cell’s to illuminate your hollow wax product. Fuel cells burn anywhere from 8-23 hours; once the oil is consumed the flame is extinguished. On a final note, for additional safety and longevity add water, or play sand to the bottom of your hollow wax product. This will help keep the bottom of your wax cool; and if it were to tip over while illuminated the sand or water could help extinguish the flame.

Decor: To light or not to light, that is the question... either way, it's art, it's ambiance, it's decor. Any occasion, any place it will amaze.

Burn your candle for no more than three to four hours at a time. For best results, burn your pillar candle for one hour per inch of its diameter, not exceeding four hours the first time you light it. Always place your candle on a fireproof surface or holder. Keep away from flammable materials and out of the way of drafts. If flame grows too large during burning, extinguish your candle and allow wax to cool. Trim wick to 1/4 inch and discard wick trimmings. Keep candles away from children and pets. Never burn a candle completely, and dispose of it when it burns to within 1/2 inch of its base or the holder. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Store in a cool dark place.
